  Choose one of 8 long menu sizes available. Create a menu that is 10 x 20 cm, 10 x 30 cm, 15 x 30 cm, 20 x 30 cm, or has an A6, A5, A4, DL size.   

Then, based on the menu’s utility, select one of the ten available materials. Their respective thickness is listed in parentheses in GSM alongside.
